Policies

Welcome to Hoboken Aces. By using our website or registering for memberships, programs, clinics, camps, events, or court reservations, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Secure Payments

Your security is important to us. All online payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Registration & Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. By completing your purchase, you authorize Hoboken Aces to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To provide the best experience for all families, Hoboken Aces plans each session well in advance, including reserving court time, assigning coaches, and preparing lesson plans.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a class credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

We appreciate your understanding that court rental fees, coach scheduling, and program planning are committed in advance and cannot be recovered when cancellations occur at the last minute.

Weather Policy

Outdoor classes may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe court conditions.

If Hoboken Aces cancels a class due to weather or other circumstances beyond a participant's control, families will receive either a makeup class or a class credit towards a future program.

No Parents On Court

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used to manage your account, process payments, provide requested services, and communicate with you regarding your registrations and club activities. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

No Parents On Court

To create a focused and fun learning environment, parents are asked to watch from the viewing area above the courts. Kids stay more engaged and build confidence when they work directly with coaches.

Medical & Emergency Information

Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Hoboken Aces of any medical conditions, allergies, or other information that may affect a participant's safe participation.

In the event of an emergency, Hoboken Aces may seek appropriate medical care if a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By registering, participants (or parents/guardians on behalf of minors) voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
