Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, classes will be canceled. We will make every reasonable effort to notify families of cancellations using the phone number or email provided at registration. While we aim to give as much notice as possible, cancellations may be communicated up to one hour before class. Decisions to cancel are made at our discretion and may be based on weather forecasts, not just current conditions.

When a class is cancelled, we will reach out to you immediately and ask if you prefer to use your credit to book another class or receive a refund. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Due to our small class sizes and high demand, all purchases are final. 4-pack sessions are non-refundable. However, you are able to reschedule individual sessions up to 48 hours before your registered class. 

No Drop-Offs

Due to Stevens policy for minors, a parent/guardian needs to stay by the courts during all clinics. To create a focused and fun learning environment, parents are asked to watch from the viewing area above the courts (not on court). Kids stay more engaged and confident when they work directly with coaches. There is beautiful viewing atop the courts and plenty of chairs to sit and relax while we are on court!
